Learning a second language was near impossible for me. I had a hard enough time as a kid to learn English. I took years and years of Spanish class in high school and college, but had a difficult time retaining that material. My Spanish teacher told me after our first test that I should probably drop the class, she didn't think I would do well enough on the other test to pass the course. I needed to pass Spanish to graduate. A friend suggested I try out this program he had used. He said Rocket Spanish really helped him pass, and he thought it was the best way to learn Spanish.
Let me tell you, Rocket Spanish worked for me. It offers short lessons that did not require me to devote a lot of time to. Its games helped me remember vocab words and sentence structure. Yeah, I would have rather been hanging out with my friends, but I didn't feel like I was studying and I could tell class was getting much easier.
After eight weeks of this course I could converse with my professor in class and started making A's on my test. I am pretty sure my teacher thought I cheated on the test, I did so well, but it was just the little extra work I put in with this great program. It taught me more Spanish than any class I have taken. It didn't feel like work at all really, and it was definitely the best way to learn Spanish for me.
